1. Introduction

Welcome to Sofa Guys UK. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

2. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unopened and unused. There is a £200 return fee for collecting the sofa. We will only collect for free if the item is damaged upon delivery. We will replace goods with manufacturing faults free of charge.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We offer free delivery and assembly within 30 miles. For deliveries further afield, fees apply based on distance.

4. Warranty

All our products come with a 12-month manufacturing warranty covering structural defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
